I maxed out the DHH of Exceptional Show Horses and tested them (both Breeding Advices plus Performance, Color, and Papering) all a few days ago, and sent them all into Sunday's auction just now. The ones that made it through Strict Breeding Advice are basically perfect foundation level breeders.

I just activated a Top Notch Producer Daily Herd Helper, so I'll do the same thing for all of them as the shares give me more creates.
This is a great opportunity for new players to get good quality mares with all their testing done for nearly create price! To find the auction, go to the side menu into the Community subset and go to the public auction. :)

This search will include all horses in the auction owned by me.
