You account says "You have 9910 stalls beyond your primary barn." Which means the 50 stall barn is the largest you can currently purchase while staying under 10k. If you dropped another 10 stalls you would be able to purchase a 100 stall barn.


When you go to sell a barn for IVs it will tell you "You obtained this barn via “IV Purchase” and can sell it back for 7 IVs"

The game tells you where the barn comes from. It might say "Merging" or it might say "Cash Purchase". Only barns that say "IV Purchase" count towards the 10k for IV purchases. We do not count any barns you obtained any other way against that 10k so make sure players are not punished for buying barns with cash.

It's really not possible because I don't have the database records I would need to do that.

If you merge two barns together that were purchased with IVs all those stalls become "Merged" and no longer count against your IV total. If you have some larger IV purchased barns that might be an easy way for you to get your stall count down so you can buy more space.
