Issue with Premium Subscription

I've lost access to premium features again this month. I'm unsure for how long (I haven't been on much this month yet). I think my renewal fell on a weekend again? Would appreciate help figuring out the issue. :)ID# 25784

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I've gone ahead and re implemented your premium as it should be.
We were having some glitches with our payments system at the start of this month, and unfortunately, your subscription renewal got eaten up during the process. I'm going to be taking some steps to make sure that this can't happen again.
