Issue with Premium Subscription

My account is behaving as though I have no subscription of any kind (I don't have access to any premium benefits). I checked my credit card and it was charged for premium recently. I'm unsure if this is a known issue, I thought I had seen a previous post about someone having subscription issues?ID# 25784
