    I got the following when implanting an embryo. So far this is the only one. Others have worked just fine. The foal is in my barn, and I can open its page. No action required.

    "You have just bred the stallion S25 Rivendale to the mare G25 Cirdan and have named the foal UX Eagles 14113088.
    Oh dear, there seems to have been some sort of problem:
    Image Generation encountered an unexpected error (Event ID: 729b98a61eaa490a846d29b12d480e48): Failed to read the file"

    Also happened on the very next foal.

    You have just bred the stallion S25 Simply150 to the mare G25 Cirdan and have named the foal UX Specified 14113090.
    Oh dear, there seems to have been some sort of problem:
    Image Generation encountered an unexpected error (Event ID: bb626fd07e8f4365854ba71d2718382f): Failed to read the file
