How much do you get from selling barns?

Assuming I am able to acquire a few more candy ponies, I might actually be able to get Machinate if I sell my newest show pony barn and the ponies in it. The thing is, when I go to the sell back barn page to do some calculations, I get two different numbers. Barn is worth x for maximum of y. What does it mean? With the y number I would certainly be able to get enough, but the x amount is a third that and would still be questionable if I would be able to get enough. Want to know what to expect before I go and sell over a hundred promising young show horses.All into high quality black based primitive duns and bootstraps.

The first number is the sell back value for one barn of the given size. The second number is the combined sell back value for all the barns you have in that size.Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
