Are the PT scores low because they health issues?

@SeraphimFalls yes, that's how the "health issues" were decided to be expressed. You can "fix" them by maxing though. I had one last season that was a double merle and when I maxed her, she went up to 11PT. I can't remember what she started with, but I think it was the 3 or 4.-something PT range. I'll link her at the bottom.
