I am finally about to design my tattoo for my herd and I am searching for inspiration - what designs do your herds sport?

I've made a few brands of my own, but the only one I made that this guy sports, is the X. I'm very proud of that one. :)

I modelled the tattoo on his neck also after mustangs, and I really love it on my warmbloods!
My brand on his shoulder goes on almost every horse I breed/own, and I just love its cleanliness and simplicity!

Mine is the cheek mark off my favorite Foundation stud Second Star :) It resembles a Star Trek insignia. All his foals get his insignia along with grandfoals that have the right genetics.

I have a couple, but I’m horrible at remembering to put them on the horses.

The one on his hip is for chinchilla, and the one on his shoulder is the brand for my account. The second one is my favorite since it can show up on both black and gray horses and anything in between and I don’t have to select a tattoo based on the color of the horse.

I have a system of color coded fleur de lis that I use for various generations. I used to have others for the different white (etc.) genes, but found I wasn't using them much. They are all the same size, and in the same space, but have different colors and other minor differences. I can stack 2 or three on top of each other if I need to.

I've made a lot of tattoos over the years, both for myself and for others, but I think the one I'm proudest of is the one I use on the Bluegrass server for my riding horses. You'll see it on the thigh. It's the Arabic characters for L, Gh, T (reading right to left, as written in that language), to indicate that they are "light horses" of an araby style.
