Have these two lovely ladies I am planning to merge and need help figuring somethings out.

Chimera 1

Planning to remove splash from Chimera 1

Chimera 2

Hoping to add a second copy of chinchilla to Chimera 2

What trying to figure out is who be primary in the merge and who I should add appaloosa too.

Personally, I would comparison test the two and see who comes out better and use that one as the base. Is they compare AGA to each other, I would use whichever has the higher pt score or paper

They are both rank specials, and both yellow papered, so they are the same quality @CoppiLane. Rank specials are always either 99% breeding ability (if yellow/C papered), or 104% breeding ability (expro) (if red/B papered) :)

The base horse would visually be the main color right? If I put appy on the base horse would the other horse show as spots of color?

I’m not positive on this, but I think whichever is visually the main color is random. I’m trying to look for an example of one strand being Appaloosa and the other not, but I’m having a hard time finding one that’s clear to me

I am so close to being able to make her hom chinchilla.
