I'm so excited to be getting many foals big spot foals, I tested out a GMT stud this year and boy did he deliver! DP and Sooty factors are only part of the equation when it comes to big spot foals, so my project is paying off!

@WolfDen Spots are controlled by the darkening factors, DP and sooty. Just like how a hom dp, hom sooty liver can be darker or lighter than another hom dp, hom sooty liver, the spot size of appys can be bigger or smaller as well. If you want big spots, your best bet is to breed from big spots! Even so, some babies will be small spotted.
