I would knock his price down. 20k is a bit much. I personally would sell him for about 5000-7000 but that's just my opinion.

With him being as uneven as he is, he's not worth much as a breeding stallion to many people. His quality is that of a 2g stallion at most, and he will have a hard time siring intact foals of a higher quality himself. In general, a 2g, B papered stallion with genes that are pretty common won't go for much more than about 5k or so. You are better off gelding him and keeping him as a show pony or using him to make show ponies. :)
