How to share my new boy. Thoughts?
-
So I splurged and really decked out the new herd helper boy hard even though I am trying to phase out my even breeding lines. So I feel like I will be mainly having him available... but at the same time I do want to be careful about foal quality from hm... so...
I am coming up with a crazy plan that doesn't make sense.
I am collecting random exceptional mares, and plan on breeding him to them when he is done, and then putting foals I want to have available up in the auction as there is a great variety of worths the foals could get with gene combinations. Now there is the risk, if I posted pics of the foals before I put them in auction do you think people would bid on them, or would this whole thing just be an exercise of futility?

You'd definitely have to do something to advertise the foals -- a lot of horses fall through the cracks at auction. I would consider posting them to sales chats for whatever genes are appropriate for them, or even creating a chat if you think you can drum up interest that way. Posting to the forum as well is a good idea.
