    Looks like no parent has satin. Because he's lined he can only be gmted with what his parents have. Good news is it'll only cost 1gmt

    Wait.. What? You can add any parent gene for 1 gmt?

    Yep! Lined horses only ever cost one GMT to add what they missed from their parents, but outside genes the parents don't have can never be added in.

    Which is great if you've got a horse who ended up getting the meh genes, but both parents are hiding het golds! I gave a mare to someone who was hom W20 but, with 2 gmts, they were able to change that to kitSB1kitW3. I've gmted lined horses on a few occasions.

    Remember though that you can only gmt on with what's in the gmt lab. If you have, say, a horse who missed axiom from their parent? Can't be gmted on, even though their parent has the gene.

New Genetics Guide!

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs.

Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
