Asphodel, if you put horses up for sale for less than 2500hbs someone will just buy them and put them in the auction. Then they will be guaranteed to get 2500hbs each. At your sale price of 1500hbs they will make a profit of 1000hbs on each horse, and you will lose out on that 1000hbs.

i know, but most of them are foals in my pasture and i cant take all of them out, plus i really need them gone asap for the stable room so if i stumble across a herd helper i like i have the room for that horse.

Add another barn :) or. wait until the night before an auction and pull them all out of your pasture with the "remove all foals" button. You can pull them all out if your barn isnt COMPLETELY full. What it will say is for example: "120 of your 100 stalls are full" you won't be able to buy, hand breed, or create until the next night when the auction ends and frees up that barn space but you make that extra money which always helps especially when you don't have ton of hbs. And frees up space in your barns of course lol.
