No halter?

So I was able to put a halter on my draft mare, but not my Riding horse mare or stallion. Why is that? -
Both draft and riding horse body types are relatively new to the game. Artwork for tack for these body types and accurate positioning of them on the body art are still in the works, so a very limited selection of tack is available for heavy and light boned horses.
