He may have passed BA, but he still didn't stand a cance.

This little fella is out of a Stars and Stripes Forever mare, and my GMT'd Blue Roan Splash Tobiano Appaloosa. He passed BA, but... the sad part is... He got the tobi from both parents, Hom Appy, AND Hom PATN1, AND splash, AND an extensive white factor. He stood no chance at getting color on his body. :)) Poor boy.

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST
