    She came home from work and noticed her mare Treasure staggering in the pasture. She was off her feed yesterday. Tonight she had to put her down. She had liver failure. She is a nurse and knew there was nothing that they could do for her. Treasure was her youngest sons horse. They were both there when she took her last breath. She called the vet out and the vet confirmed there was no hope. Her mare was only 16 years old. Does liver issues normally come on fast. She noticed her eyes were real yellow and she was jaundiced.

Gene Guide Update!

The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
