    I was wondering is White 20 fairly safe? I have this guy who I want to breed my 3 gen mare with next season.

    w20 is pretty safe. I've lost 2 foals from a w1 mare bred to a w20 stud, but she had extensive white factor as well. Just bad luck there. w20 is safe with almost everything. Keep an eye on wf if you're breeding w1 and you should be fine.

    Mostly you need to check for the other horses white factor if they are dom white (like Xceltional said)

    W1 and W2 can produce quite a bit of white with W20 if the WF is high, so just be aware of that

Gene Guide Update!

The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
