All horses will be at least heterozygous(LlpL) for the appaloosa gene, but might also be homozygous (LlpLlp). All base colors are possible. Horses might also have other patterns.

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.
