There's a couple possibilities here before we have to go to the higher ups about this. One the primary barn does NOT auto show ever but you can very easily hit the enter barn button at the bottom of it and show them (I always show my primary on Sundays because I'm for sure logged in to check auction). Second, have you actually set your auto show up? (might seem a silly question and my apologies if you have) If you have not go to Showing then to Auto Show Settings and make sure each barn has auto showing turned on and day/days selected (you do have to individually turn each barn on) and then just sit back and those ponies will show on those days as long as you have the hbs to cover showing cost in your account. Also them showing is not immediately at roll over, it can take a good chunk of the day they are set to show, to show all the horses selected.

I do suggest you set up your auto show for Monday and Tuesday. Auto training can take a bit to get through since there are so many horses on the server, so you might accidentally show your horses before they train if you set it for Sunday.

I can't TELL you how many times I've bought new barns and forgot to turn them on to show! It's bad enough to forget it on a 120 stall barn, but missing those 1000 stall barns REALLY sucks!
