You may have to do a hard log out by clicking on the log out button at the bottom of the left menu. This corrects upgrade errors.

You will be able to paper your ponies that are in barns by using the Move check box above the list of horses to select them all or clicking the move box for each horse you want to test and then scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on the Breeding Inspection button. Or, if the horses are in pastures, you can go to each horse's page, click on the Control Panel tab and find the test near the bottom of the tab.

There is a fee of 1000 hbs for testing intact horses. You can test neutered horses, if you're curious or saving time by testing all the horses in a barn, for no cost.
