Having trouble merging accounts

I'm having issues merging my two JamesBay accounts. I have the IVs there but my other account isn't showing in the merge accounts option. Both have the same email address.
I've also posted this in bud discussion just in case it is a bug and not me being dimI'm trying and having fun doing it. -
The bigger account/one with more stalls will always eat the smaller account.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I've tried logging onto my other account to merge them that way but it's not allowing me to select an account to mergeI'm trying and having fun doing it.

Barn expansions using DTs are now permanently half the price. Also, you can now reset your horse's "Foals this Season" count to zero using a DT. To celebrate both, DTs are 10% off for the next 10 days.1/4/2026 4:34 PM EST
Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
