I would think rarest as in hard to breed would be brindles. You can't really breed for them you get lucky when breeding. Rarest as in no one breeds for them might be the plain Jane chestnuts. As far as new colors, besides the fantasy, I think Ammit has all the real colors covered, with the exception of some oddballs like somatic mutations or ND1. Like Woodland said, color combos can be rare. The fun to me is making the odd combinations. For example I have some homozygotic pearl bay horses who have one copy of At and one copy of A+. A quick search reveals six horses with that base. If I add in my favored W2 and appaloosa patterns there are four. That being said, they were not bred to be rare, the were bred because I like misted spotty orangish horses.

Ooo. I'll have to do some thinking. I keep on telling myself I have too many boys.
