Formatting issues in checkout

I went to buy puzzle today and everything was normal till I hit checkout.
Only the bottom 2 of my payment options are visible. There should be 6 options on my page.
I want to pay with PayPal. That's not visible, and if I go to the bottom of the page and hit the unconnected pay with PayPal button it doesn't connect because I have it saved and can't touch that option.
Problem is visible in the app, and the browser (chrome) on my phone.45120

At the bottom under new payment options. I believe that part is functioning as intended. It doesn't pull up PayPal in a part of the screen I can see.45120

I see paypal listed as a payment option in the screenshot you posted. So I do not understand. I also don't understand what needs to be scrolling.

I would like to be able to see the top 4 saved payment options.
I would like to see the field where you enter the credit card number.
I would like to see the red x in my cart, not just the bottom half of the price digits.45120
