We use mailchimp to send out our newsletters. It is one of the most reliable newsletter services on earth. If your email is signed up it was sent to you. Mailchimp can not control if your email host is filtering or hiding the newsletter from you though. They do their best to work with mail companies but can't stop all filtering.
