403 Forbidden Error on Member Page

For whatever reason, whenever I try to visit Seraphim Fall’s member page, I get a 403 Error on their page:
https://forest.horsegeneticsgame.com/forum/profile/23271/Seraphim falls
I get to that page by clicking their member name on the forum, in chat, or from their horses.
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
So far, I haven’t encountered it anywhere else. I am pretty sure it has to do with the “%20” in that url. -

I've tried editing it in 'my account' in the forum settings but my name is greyed out so it won't let me change it. Is there another way to change it?
