(sorry about the Trick or Treat title, but I had too! I have another book on another game with the same title, so it's gonna be completely different but with the same characters! I also have it in works with Mesa..)

Prologue
------------------------------------------------

As the sky darkens and the sun slows down into the sunset, the moon shines bright this early evening and had rosen far up high, but as soon as the leaves twisted and turned in the wind.. The howling night of wind winding through the skies..

Grinding and creaking sounds of bones can be heard from a nearby herd, and the bones clank and clank to the hooves (also known as toes) beating on the ground as no fur or anything can be seen.. only bones..

The skeleton stopped at the dark forest's edge and looked upward at the sky, the skeleton resembled that of a horse as the eye sockets had only white pupils showing, the leader of the herd stepped up to the forest's edge as the skeleton horse looked at the stallion.. Her eyes were in admiration for the horse to have a beautiful fur coat (or pelt)..

As the skeleton horse makes some chilling boney sounds like she is friendly, the stallion started to sniff her scent but found nothing as she is a pile of bones.. Bones have no smell after all..

When the mares of the stallion's herd looked at the friendly skeleton horse, they backed up and reared at each other, it's like they do not like her.. The skeleton is a legend after all..

As the locals from a nearby town, had many tales and legends for Halloween horses, this legend is of the friendly skeleton horse..

"The skeleton is happy and content with on her journey of immortality even though she is already passed away, the poor horse doesn't recognise her own failed body and keeps walking on without a care in the world.."

"The ancient evil that we fear is coming from that friendly skeletal horse, she is evil under that cute skull of her's."

"It is said that if you make the friendly skeletal horse mad, consequences start forming around you.."

"The ancient evil.. We fear.. She is angered easily.. She is fascinated.. She is protective.."

As all the resident's heard and told their own stories about the skeletal mare, the mare inspected the stallion as he steps into the darkness alongside the mare..

When the mare's see that their stallion is fascinated with another mare, they do not take kindly to her body and how she looks, they are starting to fear her..

But as the stallion trots around the skeletal mare happily, the mare follows the stallion but stops as she is close to the light, the stallion is a white horse with black bird spots to cover him..

The mare was surely fascinated by the stallion, but she did not step out of the shadows, she did not want to step into the light.. The stallion only grew sad to see the mare not coming out of the dark, sleeping forest..

When it struck dark out in the midnight and twilight of the meadow, the skeleton mare looked around the forest's edge and then stepped a toe out of the forest's edge..

As the stallion was drinking from a pond, he looked up to see the mare look around the meadow cautiously, the stallion trotted to the skeleton mare.

The skeleton mare looked around the silent meadow from the mare's to the grass then to the sky to see the moon full and bright.. The mare stared at it..

The mares were a bit worried when the skeletal mare was still looking at the moon.. So they huddled together.. To not fear.. The skeleton of legend.. To not anger her.. The ancient evil..
