I meant it when I said thank you to Windigo for trying to sell me the horse. Things like that don't usually happen, but they sometimes do. It's a chat I own, so I'm sure that's why they used it. It's not a big deal. Things happen. I appreciate them putting him up for me. Again, Windigo thank you for putting him up for me. I'm sorry I missed him.

I worked with patients that has dementia and alzheimer's for a few years. I lived for their smiles. It is such a heartwarming and magical moment when they recognize you or have a moment with you. I adored everyone of my patients. I had one that thought I was her daughter. She insisted upon feeding me half her lunch everyday. There were days they would call me to come in on my days off to have lunch with her. Her smile was magical. Her husband lived on the opposite side of the nursing home, but would eat with us everyday. They had been together for nearly 70 years as well. He knew I wasn't his daughter, but always played along to make his wife happy. They were the sweetest couple. They always had their cuddle time on the couch after lunch. He would sing to her, and she would have her head on his shoulder. I really miss them.

Thanks, y'all. Just talking about it has helped me handle this a little better.

@ChevalStables and @Windigo, I'm so sorry for the difficult times you're both going through. You're both in my thoughts, along with your families as well.
