Remembering Nattie
Nattie was my best friend for 19 years. We raised our kids together, spent a million hours on the phone, and had so many opportunities to celebrate together. This fellow was created the day she passed after being in a diabetic coma for 4 months.


Daddies Cake
This fellow was created on my father's birthday specifically for adding Wrong Warp. He's pirate-themed because my Dad was totally a warped pirate in his full, but too short life.


Azule Nights
This fellow was created the night my father in law passed. I added as much sparkle and shine as I could. He was the only one in my hunny's immediate family that completely accepted my son when we started dating, and never wavered that our son should get all the grandkid benefits.


Little Sis Love
This fellow deserves a bit of backstory. I was a foster kid. I grew up in a residential placement instead of a typical home. This place is still open and doing it's best to raise amazing human beings. Even 25 years later I still talk to many of my sisters and brothers, and because of how our alumni network is set up I meet new siblings every year as they age out of the system.

Kell was there the same time I was. We never made it to roommates, but we shared a house for the better part of three years as teens. I have so many good memories.

A couple of days ago it made it through the grapevine that she'd passed away unexpectedly while visiting family. My first stop in digesting this news while alone was to spend all my pennies making something beautiful to remember her by.
