Bones
-
Quick question, what does "bone" mean on a horses page? Just wondering
-
The thickness or heaviness of the bone. Heavily boned horses in the game are "heavy" or draft horses (or cob ponies), while light ones are riding horses or ponies. Medium bone gives you warmbloods or sport ponies.
This is similar to real life, where horses like Arabians have fine, light bones and your Clydesdales have heavy, thick ones and Thoroughbreds, Quarter horses and such are somewhere in between.
