    I've really gotten into nd1 and am so in love with it! Managed to get a nice little herd of nd1 foundation mares and just purchased a nd1 stallion. Hes 4 so I only have a few weeks to decide.
    Should I add sooty, roan, or tobiano? They all fit into my lines and I think it would just make him look a little more appealing. I just cant decide which one to pick!
    I wish I could afford to make him hom nd1 but maybe another day with another boy.

    I will always vote for sooty. The darker the horse the more the nd1 seems to pop.
    If you can afford S+ I highly recommend it!

    I adore roan too and don't think you could go wrong with it.

    As flashy as tobiano can be I would personally avoid it if your main goal is to showcase the nd1 since it can often cover the withers. Do you have any tobiano mares that can bring that into your line for you?

    Just so you know, you can still GMT him after he turns 5+. There is no longer an age limit for modification :)

    @BlackWynd I wish I could afford S+ but just plain old sooty will be all he gets. I agree with your logic here. The darker the better, I have more use for the roan and sooty than for the tobiano. Most of my mares have atleast one white pattern on them.

    @AHayesHorses undid not know that! So, as long as he is unbred he can be GMTed?

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs.

Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
