DP Question. Who has it?
-
This foal came up Liver... but I'm not sure which parent has it. It looks like it could be either one, going by their parents, but I'm not sure. I'd like to know who has DP, so I can properly mark them. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks, @MariaChapinFarm3. I first was leaning to her momma, because of the chocolate Palomino parent, and her being dark, but she is a brown. Lol. I really can only tell DP in chestnuts and Palominos, and sometimes bays, but that's if they don't have roan, or a lot of white hiding it, and if the gene test didn't say it specifically. Like, a horse with het DP, and no sooty. But when it says it, I know for sure. But it's hard on lined horses that I didn't breed the parents of.Love,

I agree with both parents as baby looks to be black liver :)
