Closed Gene Question

    Lets say Wrong Warp was in the Roving Gene Sale and I wanted to own the licensing to that gene, would I have to purchase said gene and I'm good and I now own that gene license? Or do I have to do something else?

    You just have to buy at least one copy of the gene one time and you have the license forever!

    Just as a note—in order to buy the gene, you must be able to apply it to any foundation (created, not bred) horse that you own who has no living offspring.

    Usually people will put purchased genes on a Perfect Foundation or similar horse since they are guaranteed to be good breeders (Rank specials will always be at least perfect foundations).

Gene Guide Update!

The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.

New Genetics Guide!

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
