Sikuliaq is 5 now, which means this is his third season, 42 breedings into it, in fact, and he STILL hadn't given me a colt that met my benchmark and had his Ice. This afternoon I was breeding a few riding type horses and it occurred to me that Ice 8 would look really nifty on them. So I tried a couple of breedings and finally got an ice 8 colt that measured up to my 2nd gen benchmark, and he's a riding horse, too. Yay! Can't wait to see how he matures.
