Genetic Black looks Chocolate?
-
Can anyone help me figure out what is making this girl look chocolate? She tests as black brindle. Hom black, Hom Sooty, no cream or pearl.

RSBN Witches Brew -
She looks black to me. Her brindle markings are covering up most of her coat colour and are more brownish than blackBreeding even generation Grullos with Ice

I agree--it's the brindle.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

Thanks! I guess I’ve just never seen one so heavily brindled.

Yeah it's all dependent upon how much the brindle (mosaic) actually shows for example here is some of my black brindles to show the variety :)
