Splash M dilutes colors similarly to a single cream gene. Light chestnut splash m looks a lot like palomino, so pretty normal.#28036Thanked by 1CeffylDwr

See I knew it lightened Livers down a bit I just wasn't expecting a palomino looking filly out of 2 Blacks but now I know a regular chestnut comes out looking like a pally with splash M it makes sense. I only just started dabbling with the Splash M gene.Dabbler in EVERYTHING.

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST
