I have a 4 year old Exceptional Producing Appaloosa herd helper mare that is het for snowflake. She has passed sba, papers red, and has a pt score of 9.60 consistent. Her only foal will go to the buyer, so they can GMT her if desired. Starting bid is 25k. Auction ends Sunday at 8 pm game time.

How can you tell she's het for snowflake?

Her foal is homozygous for it so she has to be het for it :)

Snowflake only shows if its homozygous and if the horse is expressing appaloosa (the Lp gene).
It shows as defined flecks of white that get larger as they age and varnish out:

Of course sometimes you get appaloosa that are all white or leopard in which case you can't see the flecks:
