Hello! So I made an account last year, from what this game says, and I have no access to it. I'd like it deleted so it has no association with my current account but I don't know how I am able to do that. I cannot change emails either. :) TIA for any help from anyone or if a mod can delete it!

I can't do anything right now. I'll ask if it can be changed, but I sort of doubt it...without a password we can't get into your account, either, I don't think!

Okay, thank you. If it can be deleted then awesome! If not I'll find a way to get into it possibly. I tried doing a password reset because it said emails from both accounts were associated together but nothing came through about a password change request.

If your email system is not accepting emails from us there isn't much we can do on that front. We can only lock the old account for you, but not delete it.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST
New Genetics Guide!
Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
