My sister and I are trying to buy horses from each other (we are on the same wifi). The game says that we need to be level 5 accounts. How do we level up and see our level? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Level 5 is a premium upgrade :)

Most players use a middleman which I can do if needed.
What is your friends name? And which horse?
I will grab the horse off you and place it in my chat for them :)

Just a note here: all accounts in the same household are meant to be tied to the same email address and are considered to be owned by the same person for game purposes. Trading horses between accounts owned by the same person is considered cheating, and facilitating said trades is also cheating. Please be careful when asking for or facilitating trades between family members.

Yep Thanks for that Cheers. Just because we are on the same wifi doesn't mean we live at the same residence. We were visiting family. Hence not using the same emails. We could have waited until we were back at our separate residences but figured we could better assist each other since we were together. Thanks for the advice.
