I am I right in understanding from the name this guy is hom DP?

Yes - he is a black liver bred by ChilliFireFarm who writes her genes on her horses - so that horse is hom DP and has frame and is 2nd gen :)

He will be an excellent stud. I have others from her. I just have to many, and he was the one with frame, so he was cut. He will produce some very nice babies.
