Tattoos Help for HJ1

A player wants me to do some tattoos for them on serve1 but i dont have an updagred account there.
If I design the tattoo and resize it to 25x25 and upload it on tinypic would that just mean they have to download the Image then they can easily upload it to server1 or would the have to adjust the size?
