Racked by GMT indecision - opinions appreciated
-
I have been working on my GP boy, and almost have him where I want him, but have run into a snag. I wanted to make him hmz. for pearl ( he has one copy ) and change an Aat to A+. Unfortunately, it looks like both may not happen, so I need to pick one. But. I. Cannot. Decide!
The boy in question, a Rhythm of Four RS:
1 Yandu GP Project
Example of Pearl GP:
3 Miss Moneypenny
Pros: unusual color, only a few registered in the game that I found Cons: Lighter color makes GP hard to see
Examples of AatA+ GP. Since RoF has a copy of DP, I am thinking he will be the brighter cherry bay instead of the darker blood bay:
1131488
Pros: can pride brown and wild bay offspring Cons: won't have a speshul kolor.
Opinions on why one you would choose one over the other is more than welcome - it will help my waffling around! -
I would say that the unusual colour on Moneypenny is due to the appaloosa. Looks a lot more like varnish to me!Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable.
On the look out for pointed creates -
Yeah I forgot to mention she is also varnishing happy - something I don't want in him :)

I vote for pearl, mostly because I love it and am not a huge fan of the blood bay colour.
That said, do you have a major goal for his breeding line? I'd say GMT best to how you want his line to look and what possible mares you'll be breeding to to make that happen. If lots have pearl, I'd do the bay; if lots of mares have A+, I'd do the pearl.ID# 25784
