This girl will be ready to go this coming season. I am having a herd time which of these three to breed her with.

Well, what do you want in the foal? Do you want a black liver? Best to breed her to the first boy. The foal'll have a 1/4 chance of getting both copies of dp, 1/2 chance of being het, and 1/4 chance of not getting any.
Freaky and Steele are both het appy, so the cross for them would be a possibility of 1/4 chance of the foal being hom LP, 1/2 chance of the foal being het LP, and 1/4 chance of the foal getting none. Both boys give 1/2 chance of the foal being ECA3P+/PATN1.
