Selective pasture breeding

    I have 2 stallions and 30 mares in my pasture. Can I pick which stallion breeds which mares? Or is it just a hap hazard breed fest out there?

    If you leave both stallions in, the pasture will just haphazardly breed them to the mares. If you want to pick who goes to which stallion you have to make sure that you only have the one stallion in there and only with the mares you want him to breed.

    But once they foal will it show which stallion sired the foal?

    Yes. In the family tab of the foals page.

    If you want to have ultimate control over which Stallion breeds what mare you will have to invest in a second pasture. You can move pasture mares from one pasture to another without losing the pasture bonus.

New Genetics Guide!

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs.

Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
