Getting/Creating Tack

Hi there,
I'm new to the game and I'm trying to figure out the whole tack situation. Some horses have saddles and others don't? I'm confused on how to purchase those. Is there like a "community tack shop" or is that a upgraded member feature? Because I have saddle pads on my horses and no saddle, which looks excessively dumb. How/where would I get extra tack that wasn't in the drop down menu in the tack section? Thank you! -
If you go into the upgrade with game money page there is the option to go IV shopping, from there you can purchase extra tack packs

In the free tack options there is a saddle though, it's an english all purpose saddle you can change the colour of etc. There is a westerm saddle in a trail riding tack pack

I think some people use the pad like a bareback pad. I've seen it with a girth and once or twice with stirrups. I think it's a pretty creative use of what's available!

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
