Gene Mod Issue

I'm trying to put sa (missed from sire) onto a foal, the option to edit comes up then when I click it says: "error. Could not edit horse" anyone else having the same issue?

I just GMTd this Foal to be a filly and to be consistent. As you can see from hr page, she’s now a filly but she is still inconsistent despite having the tattoo that shows she’s had that GMT. I’m a highly experienced user of the GMT lab unfortunately for my wallet....

I just tried to make this horse consistent. However after one attempt the horse was not consistent, and I wondered if I had lost my mind and accidentally made her inconsistent. OK - I realize that is not an option, but I tried again just in case. She is still inconsistent.

This is the foal. Both parents are Sasa so I'm trying to GMT to two missed sa genes onto her. It doesn't work if I click the sire or the dam side.

It's always interesting when tests work for me but not others lol. Sure makes it hard to make things bug free. :D

It was having an issue confirming gene changes on lined horses. Looks fixed now.
Con update has been fixed as have the above horses.

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
