    She could be hom DP ;) Mom is a little dark for a mare with no sooty, and dad is a black liver. Congrats! She's very lovely! I do love a dark bay <3

    Her mum is definitely at least het DP. I'm pretty certain the filly (who passed SBA, yay!) is hom DP. I compared her to the images in the genetics guide. :) One step closer to hom sty him dp bays and browns.

Gene Guide Update!

The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.

New Genetics Guide!

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
