You're a very new player, so I'd like to gently suggest that in this game, she probably won't sell for the price you've listed. In order for a foal to be worth that much, it would probably have to have at least one special or rare gene, and would certainly have to be intact. She's very beautiful, and should be a good show horse, but that's a lot to ask for the gamble.

If you're trying to raise money for a special project--a new barn, for instance--that would make a difference, of course.
