if i put a g3 kp mare to a g2 kp stallion would i get a kp foal that wont get spayed?

Can you post the horses in question? We will be able to give you a better idea then.

In theory, yes, you can mix some gen 3 mares with some gen 2 stallions and get intact foals. However, remember that even when using very well matched breeding ability horses the intact rate is only about 50%.

Which stallion would be best to use?

If it were me, I'd look at getting a straw or two from a homozygous G3 stallion. That would probably be your best bet. However if you wanted to use either of those two stallions, they both papered the same and neither remarks whether they tested superior to their sire.

Since the stallions are B papered and the mare is Red, they're pretty even in breeding quality (give or take a little). You could use either stud but with breeding it's always a gamble as to whether they'll be intact or not. Just choose which stud you like better.
