How to train?

I'm still pretty new and trying to figure everything out. I went to the FAQ and it didn't tell me exactly HOW to train. Any tips?

If you look at the menu bar on the left there is a section named Showing. Click on that and one of the options will be to 'Train My Horses'

Diamond Tokens 10% off!
Barn expansions using DTs are now permanently half the price. Also, you can now reset your horse's "Foals this Season" count to zero using a DT. To celebrate both, DTs are 10% off for the next 10 days.1/4/2026 4:34 PM EST
Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
